What You’ll Do

  • Open investment accounts and process insurance applications
  • Address client enquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Manage large financial transactions
  • Collaborate with team for efficient workflow
  • Organize and maintain financial records
  • Stay current with the latest industry regulations and compliance procedures, implementing necessary changes to maintain adherence

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of financial administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
