Global Financial Analyst (12 – 14 month Contract)

  • Reporting to Manager, this role executes operational finance activities and provides analytical support for the Global Function assigned.
  • This is an entry level role with guidance from the management team in achieving objectives of the Finance Business Partner group, by providing key analysis and coordination of processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of finance activities.
  • The contributions and inputs from this role, will assist in the production of financial reports, completion of accounting activities, monitoring and processing of transactions, invoices and recharges.

What you will do

  • Lead the recharge function to member firms for assigned Global Functions
  • Collaborate with the business managers, third party reseller of technology licenses
  • Collaborate with offshore controllers to execute member firm billing activities,
  • Assist Finance Business Partner and team, including invoice processing, tracking, status, and support to stakeholders or vendors as needed
  • Provide support to the Global Finance Partner, with ad hoc projects, controlling and/or analytical tasks
  • Monitor and resolve Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable issues, with escalation to direct Manager, as appropriate preparing aging schedules and collection analysis

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience preferably in a large, multinational, professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Some experience with internal controls, accounting best practices, business analysis and ERP system optimization
  • Proficiency in excel and experince on SAP
