We are looking for a talented Talent Attraction (TA) Specialist to join the Greater Vancouver Area HR Team. You will be responsible for recruitment across various disciplines. You will be known for thinking creatively and staying on top of tactical execution. By leveraging your network, developing knowledge of the industry and our clients’ hiring needs, you are someone who will effectively match candidates with opportunities to enhance their professional and personal success.
What you will do
- Lead in full-cycle recruitment and selection of suitable candidates, from the initial intake session, to conducting screenings and assessments.
- Consistently engage with internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at each step of the recruitment process
- Conduct candidate HR interviews, sharing feedback and guiding hiring managers throughout the process, including providing resources and recommendations where appropriate and participating in interview debriefs
- Prepare offer letters and lead presentation and negotiation process in collaboration with your clients
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive, efficient and effective hiring process.
- Act as KPMG brand ambassador, consistently embodying KPMG’s service excellence reputation, and championing KPMG’s employer brand and value proposition in the market
What you bring to the role
Along with an enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude, you will also have the following:
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferable in a Business discipline or related
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of recruiting tools, including direct sourcing, e-recruiting, and networking.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work in a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Strong analytical ability with a data curious nature and ability to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and listening skills
- Experience prioritizing work based on the requirements of multiple stakeholders
- Being proactive in determining priorities and managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills
- Highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience successfully developing and managing internal relationships
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $79 ,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
