Our elite delivery team is focused on designing and implementing unique solutions for the market that leverage the full breadth of the Salesforce platform offering.
We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager , Salesforce Developer with proven experience designing and implementing innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform . This is a critical role on any project and requires a blend of business acumen and technical capability.
What you will do
As a Salesforce Developer, you will use your strong technical capabilities and be a key member of a high performing team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry specialists and improve your skills through the following activities:
- Work as part of a team implementing Salesforce solutions to resolve technical and operations issues.
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements and planning of Salesforce capabilities into solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Manage time and priorities while delivering efficient results.
- Follow Salesforce implementation best practices by establishing standard and custom platforms with Lightning Components, Apex
- De velopment, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
- Use project management methods such as Agile and promote continuous improvement of development and testing throughout the software development cycle of a project.
What you bring to the role
- 3 years of development experience with Salesforce.
- Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries .
- A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and experience with agile delivery methodology .
- Bachelor’s degr ee, preferably in computer science , information systems, or business .
- Experience with Java and related technologies, preferably Salesf orce development experience with Apex and Lightning Components frameworks.
- Understanding of project management and technical analysis methodologies.
- An enthusiasm for continuous learning, especially around new technologies , business processes and technical concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Salesforce certification and strong knowledge of Salesforce development, configuration, and administrative capabilities.
