This temporary, contract position is available from January 6 to April 18, 2025.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The successful candidate must be available to work at both the New Westminster and Coquitlam campus.

The Role
This job will provide a student with experience in both copyright and academic library issues. Working with the Associate Director, Learning Resources, you will be reviewing Copyright compliance in the Douglas College’s LMS system.
Responsibilities
- •You will be updating faculty facing and student facing copyright documentation.
•Working with faculty librarians, you will have the opportunity to shadow and participate in a variety of topics.
•Other project opportunities may arise based on your interests and emerging needs.
To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need
- •At least one completed semester in Library and Information studies.
•Interest in academic libraries, copyright and documentation.
•Being flexible and open to new projects will be helpful.
