Supports the management & execution of the Private Wealth Referral Program, this is a multi-task role that includes the r unning of the day-to day referral related activities for all PW (to/from Partner referrals), management and analysis of large volume of d ata, issue spotting, tracking, reporting and communication activities. Support the execution of program components by working independently as well as with partner stakeholders to ensure effective & seamless delivery of program initiative to achieve desired business results. Able to work independently and handle both routine and non-routine situations
Ensures that monthly deadlines are met by being proactive with multiple demands of role and ensure output is of high-quality standards and to the satisfaction of the Referral Program Manager. Communication and content with and for the Front line (referrers) delivered with thoughtful clarity to minimize follow up inquires and improve user experience. Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency, create capacity and simplify processes by working closely with Referral Program Manager and Referral Administrator.
Data management/analytics
- Organization and processing of referral activities to/from Private Wealth, including data, tracking, reporting and communication
- Handling referral submissions/mailbox and addressing and/or problem-solving issues related to policy, inquiries, escalations, and payment.
- Data management and integration of information from multiple sources (e.g. financial and operational systems) for analysis, insight, and recommendations, along with enabling more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting.
- Provides input to help determine business priorities and best sequence for execution
- Creating and submitting commission invoicing and handling all communication for rejection referrals.
Support/Problem solving
- Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group and Market Leaders.
- Breaks down problems, analyses issues and presents insights and recommendations.
- Resourceful and t akes ownership of inquiries/concerns/complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Develops rapport and instills confidence with the stakeholders to develop credibility and effective relationships
- Where issues are identified, comfortable voicing opinion to various business groups impacted by Referral program and activities.
Other activities
- Processing Branch Investment Advisor (BIA) program reporting
- Participate in internal projects and initiatives of varying scope and responsibility within the team
- Assists in preparing business proposals or presentations based on needs for the Referral program
- Actively participates in team meetings
- Shares knowledge and cross trains with other individuals within team to ensure coverage is maintained at all times.
Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel application (pivot tables, lookup, advance formulas) is a must.
- Demonstrates ownership and commitment by holding themselves accountable for the identification and resolution of program problems.
- Active contributor and strong team player, able to work with multiple individuals from various groups
- Able to multi-task, use critical thinking and w orks with pace when necessary
- Able to handle high pressure situations with tight turnaround
- Communication and presentation skills – creating and presenting clear concise materials; ability to convert complex problems into simple descriptions
- Proactively identify and recommend process and technology improvements
Skills/Qualifications
- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience of Private Wealth or Commercial or Retail HQ, would be an asset.

Salary :
$54,500.00 – $101,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
