Position Overview:

We are excited to hire for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with 3 years of experience to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless operations. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in sales support who is ready to develop with us in an innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Support: Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including lead assignment, CRM management, and sales tracking. Assist in coordinating client follow-ups and maintaining an organized pipeline.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and update the CRM system (e.g. Microsoft D365 CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of customer data, lead statuses, and sales metrics. Participate in regular management pipeline reviews.
    • New Client Management: Coordinate handovers to our account management team, briefing them on new customer accounts.
    • Communication & Scheduling: Act as a liaison between the sales team and potential clients by coordinating calls, meetings, and product demos. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and assist with preparing agendas or materials.
    • Market Research: Conduct research on prospective clients, market trends, and competitive landscape to support sales strategies and prospecting efforts.
    • Sales Collateral & Materials: Assist in developing and distributing sales materials, presentations, and product information, working with vendors where appropriate (writers, designers, etc).
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment on lead generation, client satisfaction, and product updates.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or B2B customer success role, preferably within the life sciences, healthcare, or technology industry.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
