Food & Beverage – Seasonal Barista, A-OK Commissary (Front of House)

THE ROLE

As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, you will:

• Deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for our guests
• Service guests with an exceptional product offering
• Uphold the standards of operational excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café, has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
  • Serving It Right certification is an asset
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• Ability to work 3 shifts within our operating hours of 7:30am-10pm
• An understanding and passion for the Food & Beverage and/or Retail industry in which we operate
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE LOGISTICS

As a Seasonal Barista, you have:

• The ability to work shifts up to 8.5 hours in length, at least 3 days per week, within our operating hours of 7:30AM – 10:30PM your local time, 7 days per week (including evenings and weekends)
• The ability to work a variable shift schedule
• The ability to work during peak sales events From 11 November – 2 February (time off requests during these times will not be approved)
