We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Cyber Security professional to join our growing Cyber Security Services team as Senior Analyst. KPMG’s leading cyber security practice provides a comprehensive suite of cyber security services, from cyber governance, strategy, defense and response, through to complete end-to-end cyber security transformation services.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Professional to join our growing Cyber Security Services team as a MSS Accounts Specialist reporting to the MSS Clients & Markets lead within KPMG’s Managed Security Services practice.

What you will do

  • Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
  • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly
  • Coordinate with appropriate roles to create customized sales plans for key clients
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers

What you bring to the role

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools
  • Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell will be an added benefit
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to manage change/adhere to change management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; be a peer and advisor to other technical people in the department and across the company.
  • Be an autonomous person, with a good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to translate and communicate business requirements into technical solutions that are appropriate and scale effectively for an Enterprise environment.
  • Able to demonstrate critical decision-making skill for determining best course of action in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
