Food & Beverage – Sr./ Manager, F&B Integration

THE TEAM

The mission of the Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day F&B business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering Everyday Luxury experiences to all guests, internal and external. As the Sr./Manager, Food & Beverage Integration, you will ensure the efficient and effective performance of Food & Beverage functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence. You will champion the seamless execution of all F&B programs by leading departmental priority planning, managing F&B lifecycles, programs and events, representing F&B cross-functionally and leading communications across the department. THE ROLE

As the Sr./Manager, Food & Beverage Integration, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Identify, evaluate, and plan the resourcing of work in F&B, ensuring we are working on the right things at the right time.
• Ensure the most important programs are realized perfectly.
• Project manage select cross-functional initiatives that impact the F&B department.
• Manage the seamless execution of F&B events
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the department, and represent the department’s interests cross-functionally.
• Ensure F&B tools and space are functional, organized and clean to support business needs.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr./Manager, Food & Beverage Integration, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience working in or managing Food & Beverage/operational teams.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
