The Team
The Information Management work unit is made up of teams of skilled professionals, including analysts and program delivery specialists. The Role
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team that supports key program delivery in real estate management, playing an essential part in advancing several strategic initiatives on behalf of the Ministry. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or equivalent; OR
• A minimum of five (5) years’ direct experience in data and/or information governance, information management and/or analytics and business intelligence, OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience leading and resolving complex issues, both staff and client.
• Experience managing a portfolio of internal clients, service partners and contracted resources.

Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:
• Experience with implementing data programs with a focus on modernizing analytics, data governance and determining organizational data requirements.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement.
• Experience in program delivery including leading the implementation of new initiatives and/or projects.

About this Position:
Currently there is one (1) temporary opportunity available until September 30, 2025. This position may be extended or become permanent.
The position headquarters will be Victoria, Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey or Prince George.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future permanent and/or temporary vacancies across the Ministry of Citizens’ Services.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home a few days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
