What & Why:

As a result of investment in HRIS technologies, our client is looking to add a contract system analyst to their growing team.  You will be supporting the people enablement team within a global enterprise organization. You will primarily be supporting various projects within the Talent Enablement program stream, mainly within recruitment and talent acquisition areas but will also support operational/day-to-day tasks as well. It would be ideal if you had experience with a talent acquisition or recruitment tool, but not a dealbreaker if you don’t. This is a really great time to join as there has been significant investment into people technologies.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week on site.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 1-3 years systems analysis experience in the HR technology space

  • Proven success with problem solving small to medium issues

  • Experience in writing technical requirements and documentation

  • Agile technology experience (Jira, Confluence, Miro)

  • IT Ticketing System Knowledge (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Compensation: this role pays between $70-80 per hour
