Join our teams at Whistler Blackcomb as a Holiday Helper and support us on a casual basis during peak times throughout the year.

Job Specifications

  • Wage: $20 / hour
  • Must be available to work during our peak holiday seasons or minimum 1 full shift a fortnight
  • Retail & Rental Outlets: Fairmont Rentals, Can Ski Westin, Summit Sports
  • Food & Beverage Outlets: Rendezvous Ridge Restaurant, Roundhouse Lodge
  • Shift type: Holiday Help (Peak Season)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist departments as needed, including food and beverage and retail and rental
  • Answer guest questions by becoming a resort operations and services expert
  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
  • Commit to guest satisfaction and assume responsibility for guest care and solving problems
  • Clearing and shoveling snow may be a part of your role
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Willingness to work 50-100 hours a season
  • Ability to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy
  • Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time
  • Previous guest service experience preferred
  • Skiing/Snowboarding ability an asset
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
