As a junior BI developer, you will be Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support reporting and analytics needs and create and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.

At our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC, we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and other team members to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights through BI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports and document BI processes, solutions, and methodologies for future reference.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Annualized base pay range

$80,000.00 – $85,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
