As an Administrative Program Assistant with VCH, you will:

  • Provide administrative and analytical program support.
  • Coordinate the workflow of assigned area.
  • Type a variety of technical and non-technical material, correspondence, reports and presentations utilizing advanced word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Assist in data collection, compiles and maintains a variety of statistical information for analysis and generates reports.
  • Answer telephone and greets visitors, responding to general inquiries.
  • Screen, prioritize and redirect incoming and outgoing letter and electronic mail.
  • Maintain calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
  • Attend meetings to take minutes, types and distributes agendas and minutes, and follows up on action items.
  • Create various weekly lists/schedules and maintains timekeeping records for designated staff.
  • Set up and maintains filing systems.
