Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor monitors employees shifts, assigns tasks and duties, and oversees the performance of those during work shift. This is a key role in our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor employees schedules (start, end and breaks)
• Assign tasks and duties to our customer service team
• Oversee the performance of the team
• Report customer service metrics and data to management and analytics team
• Assist on the training of the new onboards
• Ad hoc administrative projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for problem-solving
• Ability to work independently but love collaborating within a team
• Comfortable with multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail
• A positive person with a good sense of humor
• Enjoys thinking on their feet and has the ability to excel under pressure
