What- The Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis for a leading professional association and its related entities. In this role, you will develop financial reports, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement tools and processes to enhance the organization’s financial reporting and planning functions.

- Lead the creation of templates and reports for financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting reports for management and board presentations, including variance analysis comparing actuals to budgets.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with budget owners to analyze results and provide actionable insights into performance and trends.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a key resource for financial planning and analysis inquiries.
- Lead finance-related projects and support process documentation efforts.
Who – The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- CPA designation required.
- 5-7 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Dynamics Business Central, PowerBI, and related tools.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and improving internal processes.

How much:
$85,000-95,000 extended health, RSP contribution, 3 weeks vacation additional week off in December every other Friday off! Hybrid working model of 2 days’ onsite, 3 remote working days.
