This is a hybrid job opportunity requiring you to work three times a week in SAP Montreal office.

What you’ll do

The Industries and Customer Experience (I&CX) Cloud Operation and Trust Team offers you a position as an Information Security and Compliance Senior Specialist, who will support our I&CX Risk, DPP and Compliance Team with ISO, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and Data Privacy Audits. You will work in our team to strengthen the existing Security Compliance and Data Privacy processes across all CX products to increase the CX security maturity posture.

In your role as Information Security and Compliance Senior Specialist you will coordinate the technical teams and stakeholders and work with the SAP Global Security and Compliance Team to plan and execute the audits across all I&CX products.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and ISO Audits for the I&CX products, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and protocols
  • Coordinate communication and document review with appropriate stakeholders
  • Partner with central teams as for e.g. SAPGlobal Security Organization, I&CX business, IT and engineering teams to help implement, review and uplift controls, and evangelize NIST and other maturity measures best practices for customers, employees, partners and vendors.
  • Support DPP related controls and audits
  • Assist with negotiation of control wording, RACI roles and security functions with internal teams
  • Help reply to support and sales requests and help with contract reviews
  • Participate in centrally driven Compliance initiatives by representing I&CX
  • Work with the team to assess and respond to potential risks and regulatory requirements
  • Raise awareness of security compliance on management level
  • Liaison between SAP I&CX and SAP Central Compliance and Auditteam

What you bring

  • Knowledge of ISO and PCI DSS Control requirements and how they apply to organizational processes and technology
  • Ability to manage and maintain PCI DSS compliance effectively within the organization.
  • Fundamental knowledge about legislation process and data transfer
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
  • Knowledge of Security Compliance related requirements for IT security audits
  • Good team-working skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Analyze changes in regulations and local laws to provide gap analysis and support local implementation projects of technical teams
  • Ability to understand the correlation between compliance and IT Security as well as other related Information security topics
  • Support with escalations and customer requests
  • Knowledge of current product offerings

Work Experience

  • 5 years of Compliance and DPP experience
  • Understanding of technologies related to data protection and privacy
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with contractual terms and conditions
  • Customer relations and sales collaboration expertise

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 98500 – 185400(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
