What you will do
- Support client service teams in the development of their pursuit strategy and proposal, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the pursuit process.

- Coordinate and work with Accounts, Marketing, and others as required to ensure the production and delivery of the final submission (i.e., graphics and desktop publishing, research, function and industry marketing, digital and print services, etc.).
- Complete win/loss debriefs on proposals to tailor future responses, engage and communicate with the client, and create opportunities for future work.
- Update our CRM system to support relationship and account management practices and ensure details and information are captured.
- The candidate may also be asked to assist with account and marketing activities (e.g., content creation for internal and external audiences).
What you bring to the role
- A passion for writing and project management with a succinct writing style (i.e., you know how to get to the point quickly and deliver information in a compelling way).
- 5 years of experience in proposal and/or business writing.
- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple, disparate projects through to completion.
- A strong track record of working effectively within deadlines and short time frames, with the aptitude to “own the opportunity” from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
