Shift Leader Full-Time
- $20.00 per hour once completing station training and Area Leadership training (4-5 weeks). Pay rate during training period is $18,50.
- Must have open availability (opening, closing, overnight, and weekends). No restrictions.
- Availability 6am-12 am. Includes Saturday and Sunday.
Job Expectations
People
- Demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviors and basic people minimums (uniforms, crew schedules, communication sessions, etc.)
- Executes any established plans to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the McDonald’s experience.
- Knows, enforces, and educates crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.
- Develops, shares knowledge and experience, trains and coaches crew.
- Contributes to crew performance appraisals.
QSC/Sales Building
- Maintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Models performance standards for all crew stations and maintenance.
- Effectively uses of tools and forms to ensure optimum QSC and assigns and/or moves crew within positions to meet volume demands.
- Manages shifts and/or areas without supervision.
- Effectively supports marketing and promotions to maximize sales potential.
- Controls labour, waste, cash, and while managing shifts and/or areas.
Safety/Sanitation/Security
- Properly executes, enforces and manages all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices.
- Ensures all security procedures are executed.
