Our HR team is passionate about delivering impactful projects that enhance the employee experience, streamline processes, and drive company-wide success. We’re looking for a proactive, motivated Junior HR Special Projects Associate to join our team and play a key role in various HR initiatives.
As the Junior HR Special Projects Associate, you’ll support a variety of HR projects, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and beyond. You’ll work closely with HR leadership to implement initiatives that improve company culture, enhance recruitment, and develop retention strategies. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to meaningful change.
What you will do
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing HR projects across areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and engagement.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes, offering insights to improve HR practices and policies.
- Contribute to projects that enhance company culture and drive employee engagement, including surveys, focus groups, and team-building events.
- Conduct research to support HR initiatives, gathering industry insights and best practices to inform projects. Analyze data to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations.
- Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks, take ownership of projects, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and desire to grow within the field.
- Proficient in conducting research and synthesizing findings to support HR initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- A commitment to accuracy and an ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
