We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our ServiceNow support team. The ServiceNow Administrator will report to the Senior EUS Manager with primary accountability to work with the ServiceNow team.

What you will do

  • Monitor ServiceNow Support work queue
  • Help maintain ServiceNow products such as Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, HRSD, etc.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance team dashboards, analytics, and reporting
  • Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operations of the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensures operational integrity of workflows and configurations
  • Advise on features and functionality
  • Resolve basic incidents and fulfill routine service requests
  • Design, develop, build, and customize applications
  • Administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons
  • Participating in work teams with stakeholders in IT, Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, and other business practice groups from an application development life cycle perspective
  • Commit to the continuous improvement, and learning development of ServiceNow best practices, tools, and technology

What you bring to the role

  • Ability or experience to do Business Analyst work. Gathering requirements and planning
  • Be professional, friendly, and articulate in your communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and has passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator. (Other ServiceNow certifications and trainings ideal is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year experience as ServiceNow Administrator
  • Any experience working with Automation Engine, Domain separation, Legal Service Delivery is an asset
  • Hands-on experience in technical solution design, software specifications, conceptualization, and development
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally (within Canada)
  • Flexibility to work after business hours when required
  • Proficiency in English at a business level is required

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. The successful candidate will be required to review and apply policies, standards and guidance in English and will communicate with English speaking regulators and colleagues nationally while at KPMG.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $95,400 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
