If you are looking to start your career at one of Canada’s top employers, look no further! We are looking for Security Officers who have excellent communication and in access control for Critical Security Team.

Location included: Hudson’s hope, Fort St. John and Chetwynd.

Wage: $30.53/hr. plus paid travel from SFJ/Chetwynd

This is a casual position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Surveillance and Patrol of Critical Security Team’s sites, able to walk long distances several times a shift, comfortable with wild animals.

– Provide a physical visual presence while on site.

– Perform access control for Critical Security Team Facilities; Grant or deny access based on established protocol.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

Valid BC Security License
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, comfortable working in remote areas and familiar with GPS coordinates
Ability to work long hours if needed (afternoon or graveyard)
• Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate and problem-solve.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment.

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism in all situations.

• Ability to prioritize based on the severity of the issue.
