ABOUT THE ROLE

Omega Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project and Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful installation, maintenance and service of systems supported by the company. This role involves managing both internal and external teams, handling small to multi-property installation projects, and ensuring the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and team members in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. •Respond to client requests in a timely fashion and prioritize service tickets accordingly. •Coordinate appropriate resources and dispatch service teams to meet client demands and service agreements. •Efficiently manage a team of technicians and support their training and development. •Continuously look for ways to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. •Foster a positive work environment, collaboration, and team engagement. •Report to the President and provide regular updates on project execution and service delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING

    •Proven success in project management in a technical service environment (PMP preferred). •Excellent communication, organizational and client relationship management skills. •Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of leading teams and complex projects. •Drive for delivering top notch service and consistently achieving project objectives. •Solid understanding of electrical drawings and technical manuals (Low voltage FSR preferred). •Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract and ability to travel to job sites as required (around 5% of the time in a year).

This position is based in the Kelowna office with primary work hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and a rotating on-call duty.
