Test Lead – SharePoint

BH – TEST LEAD – SHAREPOINT – CONTRACT

DETAILS Position Title: SharePoint Test Lead Start Date: 01-Nov-2024 Term: 12 months
OVERVIEW/REQUIRED SKILLS Scope/Tasks:

• Preparation/delivery of overall SPO Migration Test Plan Strategy working closely with third-party vendor and project team members
• Lead testing and activities during SPO Migration Pilot and throughout Migration Factory Site Migration period.
• Work closely with developers and project team members to effectively assure quality of project
• Communication with business groups and lead testing sessions by educating business group and provide confidence in test process.
• Identify and remediate bug/defect, working with project team and third-party vendor
• Participate and contribute in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily Scrum, and sprint retrospective.

Deliverables:

• Creation of Weekly Test Progress Report
• Creation of UAT Test Plan and success criteria
• Manage the creation of the following: Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Plan, Defect Logs, Defect Reports, Test Execution Reports
• Manage and lead test cycle throughout SPO Migration Pilot and Migration Factory
• Manage and lead Regression Testing

Technical Skills:

• 5 years of functional/nonfunctional testing experience including requirement validation, end-to-end, and usability testing
• Experience working in Agile Team environment
• Experience creating test plans, test cases
• Strong documentation skillset

Skills that would be an asset:

• Familiarity with Power Platform
• Experience or Exposure to SharePoint OnPrem/Cloud
• Experience or exposure to M365 product familiarity such as MS Teams, One Drive, Exchange, etc.
• Experience or exposure to third party tools such as: Nintex form/Workflow, Sharegate, SharePoint Designer
