The mission of the Pricing Department is to sell our product at the most profitable price.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Pricing Department, you will be part of the team responsible for setting our prices at the optimal level to drive sales and maximize profit. As the Analyst, Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in our pricing and markdown strategies, developing a strong understanding of both the internal and external pricing landscapes to ensure that we capitalize on any margin opportunities that present themselves. THE ROLE

As the Analyst, Pricing you will:

  • Understand competitor pricing strategies and uncover external pricing opportunities.
  • Conduct analysis in support of continuously action pricing opportunities to maximize margin.
  • Support with markdown pricing to clear our inventory in the most profitable way

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Analyst, Pricing has:

  • P roven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Data analysis and working with large datasets
    • Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • T he ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
