Rate: $66.50/hr INC

• Location: The ideal candidate is local to Vancouver, BC and available to work 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in studio but they are open to remote candidates within Canada who can work studio core hours.

• Number of openings: 1

• Submittal limit per supplier: 3

• Estimated start date: ASAP

• Estimated end date: 18 months

• Daily schedule and OT estimate: 9-6PM PST, M-F, 15% OT buffer (OT hours if approved and agreed upon by sponsor)

We are looking for a driven Software Engineer with a passion for automation services. You will have a direct impact on the next generation of great games and experiences built by a talented team.

As an Automation Engineer on our Engine team, you will help create and deploy various Automated Tests, as well as help to drive the planning, implementation and maintenance of our automated testing infrastructure optimized for AAA scale distributed development. You will work closely with the Engine Leads, QA Lead and Producers in a dynamic work environment. You will also drive communication with your peers and with our partners to ensure our test automation tools are thorough and efficient.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
Experience in DevOps services
A service-oriented mindset, you actively help team members build best in class solutions
Experience developing services using web-based technologies
Demonstrated cross-team collaboration skills
Experience with developing tools using languages such as C# and Python

NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with the Unreal Engine, or similar
Experience with Azure or similar Cloud Services
