Job Summary

The Team
The Extension and Support Services Branch is a dedicated and established team of 70 professionals passionate about advancing agri-food economic development and environmental sustainability across British Columbia. As a key member, you will work alongside administrative staff and regional agrologists, handling procurement and contract management tasks that drive impactful environmental and resource development programs. The Role
As Contract Administrator, you will handle all aspects of managing procurement and contracts, from preparing and bidding to awarding them for important services. Your work will help support exciting agri-food projects and environmental sustainability efforts across British Columbia. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in contract preparation and/or management.
  • Experience preparing, tendering and/or awarding contracts.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience using integrated computer systems and MS Office applications (ie: Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Preference may be given to applicants with at least one (1) year of contract and procurement experience.
