The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm’s Business Enablement Services (BES) and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high-quality services, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.

KPMG is looking for a full-time Administrator who can provide support on a range of activities to the CRC National Management team.

What you will do

  • Provide senior level administrative support to a group with a partner, senior managers, and managers on a full-time basis.
  • Monitoring of various functional mailboxes on a daily basis and escalating queries as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities for Canadian secondees and offshore delivery staff, including completion and submission of standard ServiceNow forms, and working with HR and IT to respond to queries as they arise.
  • Assist with the coordination of documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports and provide administrative support to the team as required using various Firm-approved software.
  • Work independently and within a team environment to produce accurate high-quality team deliverables.
  • Calendar support – schedule internal meetings for the team, including virtual meetings or video calls with offshore management, various engagement teams and stakeholders within the firm, ensuring meetings are scheduled keeping the requisite time zones in mind.
  • Adhere to risk management and branding in compliance with National guidelines ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Leverage firm processes and programs to ensure active support of the business.
  • Other duties as needed to support the team.

At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

What you bring to the role

  • College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skill set.
  • Post-secondary education in Administration or Business an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management an asset.
  • Strong word processing skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe, etc.
  • Proficiency to quickly learn proprietary software.
  • Excellent English-language written, and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to quickly and smoothly adapt to changing team demands.
  • Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Service and detail oriented, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Exceptional time management skills.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. The successful candidate may be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment.
