Assistant General Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our community at SL Kitchen & Bar, in Langley!

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting the GM with providing leadership and development for the team

• Assisting the GM with recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires

• Assisting the GM with maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees

• Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards

• Assisting the GM with managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed

• Assisting the M with controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability

Working Conditions:
• Hours and shifts may vary

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
