Expected Salary Range: $84,981.00 – $106,227.00 – $132,784.00

Our typical hiring range will be /- 5% of the midpoint shown above

The Team

You will be a part of a 70 member marketing, CRM & Loyalty group in our Social Purpose & External Relations business unit. We create relevant experiences and content for our players, drive responsible growth and build the BCLC brands by delivering marketing solutions that capture the attention of our intended audience, taking on an Agile Enterprise approach. We’re very collaborative, support each other and ideate together. The Omni Agile team is a high functioning group of professionals not afraid to speak up and push boundaries.

The Role
The Senior Content Marketing Specialist contributes to the development of an enterprise content marketing strategy for BCLC, translating brand and product strategies into player-centric copy and marketing content. You will work primarily with stakeholders from our external communications, social media, player health, social purpose and stakeholder engagement groups to make your strategies come alive

What you will accomplish

  • Develop and execute an enterprise content marketing strategy for BCLC owned assets & online to achieve business goals & objectives
  • Tell stories that engage & inspire in a way that speaks to your audience and address business problems
  • Support corporate initiatives through storytelling including our social purpose, player health, stakeholder engagement & corporate sponsorships
  • Build and shape your capability by tracking performance, recommending best practices for process & organizational workflow
  • Bring marketing content strategy & copywriting leadership to a high functional “Integrated Corporate” Omni Marketing Agile team

What will make you successful

  • Communicate both orally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders throughout BCLC to make your strategy come to a life
  • Listen to and analyze your audience in an effort to better understand them and understand what communication style is most effective when engaging with them
  • Write compelling copy and be the copywriting subject matter expert among your capability team, agile team and other stakeholders that people will come to for guidance and best practices
  • Operate independently without much supervision to build and develop your content marketing practice
