• Carrying out design assignments independently, with oversight and supervision.
• Communicating with Design & Production team members and project leaders across our multiple offices.
• Supporting the Transportation Design team with design, drawing production, cost estimating and quantity take-offs, and construction specifications.
• Ensuring quality control of both design and drafting production work.
• Advising teams on technical problems and troubleshooting.
• Promoting and contributing to a sense of teamwork amongst coworkers with Design & Production team members and project leaders in multiple offices.
• Coaching and mentoring others on projects related to design.
