As a supervisor for store fixtures and interactives, you will oversee daily team operations, build strong supplier relationships, and introduce innovative retail display technologies as well as solutions to display products in our stores. You’ll manage vendor contracts, address escalations, and support team development, all while aligning with company initiatives and ensuring financial efficiency.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. This role requires the successful candidate to be located in the Lower Mainland, BC.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the team, providing guidance and aligning with company initiatives
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key suppliers in fixtures, interactives, daytime security, and visual elements, with a strong understanding of the North American market landscape
  • Act as the leader of the team, delegating tasks, managing escalations, and serving as the conduit between the senior leadership and team members
  • Stay engaged with retail display technology trends, researching and introducing innovative solutions to the business
  • Manage vendor relationships, approve vendor selections, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and handle escalations
  • Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and recruitment, ensuring adherence to company values
  • Track and communicate financials, partner with the senior leadership on budget management, and focus on cost efficiencies and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Big Box Retail with 3 years at the supervisory level or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in retail, store design, or a merchandising environment
  • 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience in a corporate/head office environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or comparable certification is an asset

Annualized base pay range

$80,000.00 – $85,000.00This role has bonus components in addition to annualized base pay.

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
