A career in Infrastructure and Property, Business Enablement, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning. Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the wellbeing of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a n experienced Office Receptionist (Bilingual FR/EN) at our Ottawa office , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide office services to the business and ensure the smooth running of the office
• Coordination of Premier Office for all incoming and outgoing tasks regarding mail, courier, printing and scanning
• First point of contact to PwC internal staff and clients
• R esponsible to greet clients or vendors when entering PwC premises and provide refreshments
• Handle incoming calls and operating switchboard
• Responsible for all mail including outgoing domestic and international couriers using FedEx & DHL system, PremierShipping , or the local courier online system for placing courier requests
• Responsible for receiving, verifying, inspecting and logging in all inbound PremierOffice courier packages
• Utilizing the PremierOffice database to update requisitions with tracking information
• Responsible for scanning incoming mail
• Communicate and coordinate with external clients of availability when sending sensitive documents to them

• Exhibits professionalism
• Clearly communicates effectively and professionally with clients and with others in the firm
• Obtains or provides written or verbal clarification
• Fluency in French and full business proficiency in English is required
