- Determining services required implementing operational procedures
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conducting performance reviews
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Leading/instructing individuals
- Addressing customers’ complaints or concerns
- Providing customer service
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations
- Supervising staff in various areas of responsibility
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests, your team, and yourself
- This is a fast paced, often physically demanding environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.

Your vibe and experience
Previous management experience working in food service or customer service is a definite asset.
