About the Job:
Mindwire is currently seeking a Jira Technical Analyst to work for our valued Crown Corporation Client
The position is located in Regina, SK
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement custom workflows to match the team’s processes. Create and manage custom issue types, fields, and screens.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions and ensure users have the appropriate access levels and troubleshoot access issues.
• Customize dashboards and reports to meet team needs and develop and maintain custom filters and queries.
• Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Align, SharePoint Connector), manage and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system efficiency
• Provide training sessions and create documentation for users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.
• Implement automation rules using Jira Automation or scripting tools like ScriptRunner. Develop custom scripts to enhance Jira functionality.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience as a Jira Technical Analyst who have worked in Jira Cloud.
• Jira Technical Platform Administration skills that would be an asset
• Great communication skills, required to work with stakeholders
