6-month contract iOS developer role with a high growth team at a global enterprise organization located in Vancouver with a hybrid work environment.

What & Why:
As a result of investment in mobile technology our client is looking to add multiple iOS developers with SwiftUI to their digital team developing products for both internal users as well as end customers.  You will be working in a highly cross-functional agile team delivering new functionality for apps that are used by their staff in stores to help customers in real time. This is a really exciting time to join this organization as they are investing heavily into their digital experience and are experience large scale global growth.

They are well known for their corporate culture and has won major awards for their accomplishments. They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and has a hybrid work environment, in office 3 days a week.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 4 years of mobile app development experience
  • Minimum 2 years working experience with Swift and SwiftUI
  • Experience working on a large codebase with multiple developers
  • Experience with GitLab
  • Published apps on the App Store
  • A strong understanding of mobile Design Patterns and SDLC
  • Experience with complex UI designs and Autolayout
  • Experience working with AVFoundation
  • Proficiency in unit tests, continuous integration, and automation
  • Experience working with REST APIs and integrating 3rd party systems

Compensation: This role pays between $75-90 per hour incorporated.
