The Team
The Data Governance team is made up of eight skilled professionals, including analysts and program delivery specialists. The Role
In this role, you will be part of an analytics team that supports key program delivery in real estate management. You will play an essential part in providing data and analytics to support strategic initiatives on behalf of the Ministry. Ideally, you thrive working with other data experts in a collaborative environment and you enjoy being a bridge between data teams and the people we support. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on citizens and clients alike, as you help drive forward projects that support strategic real estate management. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and direct experience in analytics and business intelligence, program or system evaluation may be considered.
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating a program performance including alignment with corporate and partner expectations.
  • Minimum of two years experience with the management or monitoring of business programs.
  • Experience working in partnership with multiple interested parties to achieve significant changes and deliverables.

Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:

  • Experience developing modern reporting and analytics including data visualization and experience with data governance.
  • Experience working with Microsoft’s’ BI Platform (Azure, Power BI/Fabric, Report Builder, Visual Studio)

About this Position:
There is one (1) permanent position available.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 3 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future permanent and/or temporary vacancies across the Ministry of Citizens’ Services.
