•Inform security personnel about persons of interest or escalated scenarios

At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:

•A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
•Must possess a valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification (WSIB-approved). Please note, this is different from Level C or Emergency First Aid certification.
•2 COVID-19 Vaccinations proof
•Proficient in English (both oral and written)

Additional prerequisites:

•Must be able to commute to Toronto for pre-deployment training (4 training days M-F)
•Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) from ASP provider. Other security providers different than the ASP will not be allowed and applicant will have to enroll into Paladin’s UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
•Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training and will provide you with their certification upon succesful completion with a 6 month commitment to the position availability.
