Exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Analyst with business operational experience relating to inventory, PowerBI, and Excel expertise. Our client works a hybrid model of three days in office, and two remote days, this is initially a 4-month contract.

What- The Role:
As par of our client’s finance team, you will work at the core of their business by developing and refining processes and controls, maintain data integrity, and overseeing inventory reporting and analysis for Retail and Distribution. The Store Inventory Control Analyst will coordinate, analyze, and report on inventory control, ensuring inventory accuracy across our client’s global stores. 

Core responsibilities:  

  • Own inventory intelligence (Inventory Accuracy) and health reporting for the specified regions
  • Manages relationships cross-functionally with RFID, inventory systems, finance, retail operations and internal/external audit. 
  • Executes financial inventory adjustments for retail locations. 
  • Control operator for inventory related SOX controls.
  • Advise retail partners on drivers for inventory inaccuracies.
  • Store enquiry support relating to transfer exceptions

Finer print:

  • Product ownership on inventory intelligence and inventory health reporting within specified region. 
  • Manages relationships cross-functionally with RFID, inventory systems, finance, retail operations and internal/external audit. Executes financial inventory adjustments for retail locations. 
  • Control operator for inventory related SOX controls.

Who- the Candidate: 

  • University degree, project management an asset, lean six sigma as asset
  • Analytical skills, Experience with business operational experience relating to inventory, Power BI and Microsoft excel expertise 
  • Ability to work efficiently with large/complex data files.

How much:
$37-39/hr 4% vacation pay

Where:
Vancouver, hybrid working model of 3 days’ onsite, 2 remote working days
