Reporting to the Vice President, Indigenization (VPI), the Manager of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) will be responsible for the implementation of the College’s EDIB, accessibility, and Indigenization priorities. This work will support CNC’s organizational commitment for a safe and diverse learning environment and workforce reflective of the communities we serve.

NATURE & SCOPE:
• This position requires collaboration across various departments within the College to integrate Indigenization, EDIB, and accessibility principles into all aspects of college operations.
• The Manager will work closely with senior leadership, faculty, staff, and student groups to foster an inclusive culture that promotes mutual respect and engagement.
• The Manager will be a key point of contact with programs, departments, and leaders across the organization, partnering to advance, advise, guide and champion inclusive behavior.
• The Manager will be part of a team actively engaged in contributing to and accomplishing the vision, mission, and goals of the College and in supporting the aspirations and needs of learners.
• The Manager will promote a positive work atmosphere by interacting and communicating in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues.
