Argen Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, and materials to dental labs.

Argen is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in beautiful Kelowna, BC. The Marketing Specialist position is newly created to improve brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive the overall growth of the business. Argen’s future Marketing Specialist will support and lead strategic marketing initiatives targeting lab, removable and dentist market segments, as well as coordinate tradeshows and manage the marketing for new product launches. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies using cutting edge marketing techniques and technology
• Managing the company’s social media profile across various platforms, connecting with the audience and creating social media marketing campaigns
• Creating compelling content
• Utilizing advanced analytical tools to track performance and gather insight on consumer behaviour and market trends
• Coordinating tradeshows and sales conferences to showcase Argen products and equipment capabilities, including collaborating with suppliers to secure marketing assets and product samples

Applicants for this position are expected to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or a related field,
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role,
• A track record developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns,
• Digital marketing experience including social media, content marketing, email marketing and SEO/SEM,
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Google AdWords, MS Office, Google Analytics, CRM tools, as well as search engine marketing and optimization,
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and with external agencies,
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to deal with rapidly changing environments,
• Strong organizational and planning skills,
• French is considered an asset, but not required.
